HCL Technologies Ltd. and Tecnotree, a telecom business support system platform provider, have partnered to co-develop advanced 5G-led generative artificial intelligence solutions for the telecom industry.
The partnership will bring together HCL Tech’s capabilities in driving AI-led digitalisation for telcos and communication service providers and Tecnotree’s 5G and AI-led BSS platform capabilities. The companies will seek to offer solutions that help telcos and CSPs unlock opportunities, drive sustainable growth and deliver hyper-personalisation to customers.

"By combining our strengths, we are committed to delivering unparalleled by redefining digital experiences and improving revenue monetisation capabilities for our clients."
In alignment with the Open Digital Architecture and AI guidelines of TM Forum, an industry body comprising more than 800 CSPs, HCLTech and Tecnotree’s joint solutions will integrate with the CSPs’ current capabilities while adding new capabilities to their BSS.
