Sagility India Ltd. launched its initial public offering today and the offer closes for subscription on Nov. 07. A leading tech-enabled healthcare specialist has fixed the price band in the range of Rs 28-30 per share.
The IPO of Sagility India comprises of entirely an offer-for-sale of Rs 70.22 crore equity shares, with no fresh issue component. The company aims to raise Rs 2,107 crore from the offer.

Valuation and Outlook
Sagility India is technology-enabled, pure-play healthcare focused solutions and services provider to Payers -U.S. health insurance companies, which finance and reimburse the cost of health services; and Providers -primarily hospitals, physicians, and diagnostic and medical devices companies. In terms of financial aspect, company posted steady growth for FY22 to FY24.
At the upper price band company is valuing at P/E of 61.4 times with a market cap of Rs 140,439 million post issue of equity shares and return on net worth of 3.54%.
On the valuation front, we believe that the company is richly priced. Although looking at its long term prospects and expansion vision. we recommend a “Subscribe -Long term” rating to the IPO.
