DASA Partners With EdForce To Improve Digital Transformation Training

The DevOps Agile Skills Association, headquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands, has entered into a partnership with edForce, a workforce upskilling accelerator based in Bengaluru. The collaboration aims to improve enterprise training and certification programmes, enhancing digital transformation capabilities across the globe.

According to a recent report by Nasscom, the demand for digital skills in India is expected to grow by 20% annually, with a significant emphasis on DevOps and Agile methodologies. The partnership seeks to address this demand, providing enterprises with the tools and knowledge to modernise their processes.

The collaboration between edForce and DASA will offer training delivered by certified experts, enhance workforce skills and competencies, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development, boosting employee engagement and retention.

According to DASA, its approach to enterprise transformation includes five phases: feeling the sense of urgency, creating a vision, shaping the transformation, transforming the enterprise and continuously improving. This methodology ensures enterprises can adapt and excel by embracing Agile, DevOps, and Lean principles.
