Adani Enterprises Ltd. will list its airports business by the financial year ending March 2028, group Chief Financial Officer Jugeshinder Singh said on Tuesday.

Back in January, Adani Enterprises Vice President Jeet Adani had said the ports-to-power conglomerate might list its airports vertical on the bourses in the "near future" after it achieves a couple of triggers. The primary among them are operationalisation of the upcoming Navi Mumbai airport and record first stable year of operations.

Adani Airport Holdings Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, currently manages seven airports — Mangaluru, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Jaipur, Thiruvananthapuram and Mumbai.

The Adani airport arm also holds a 73% stake in Mumbai International Airport Ltd, which, in turn, has a 74% holding in Navi Mumbai International Airport Ltd.

Adani Group is planning to invest Rs 1.3 lakh crore during the current fiscal, Singh said. Of this, Adani Green Energy Ltd. will invest Rs 34,000 crore and set-up up to 7 GW capacity during the period.

The conglomerate has recorded 4.2 billion consumer interactions across businesses in a year. Margins are 30% after deploying all the capital, while cash per share growth stands at 43.2%, the Adani Group CFO said.
