Mahindra Finance's Loan Disbursement Grew 3% In June

The company's first quarter fiscal 2025 disbursement stood at Rs 12,730 crore, registering a 5% year-on-year growth.

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd.'s overall loan disbursement grew 3% year-on-year to an estimated Rs 4,370 crore in June.

The company's first quarter fiscal 2025 disbursement stood at Rs 12,730 crore, registering 5% year-on-year growth. The business assets of the NBFC are Rs 1,06,200 crore, which grew approximately by 4% over March 2024 and by 22% over June 2023.

The collection efficiency was at 95% in June, as against 96% for the same period last year. It is estimated at 94% for the first quarter of FY25.

The company has a comfortable liquidity position on its balance sheet, with a liquidity trunk of over Rs 8,000 crore.

Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services closed 5.46% higher at Rs 79.25 apiece, compared to a 0.04% fall in the benchmark BSE Sensex.
