Infosys has collaborated with SAP Emarsys, a cloud-based, omnichannel customer engagement platform, to enable businesses to address the need for omnichannel customer engagement. The collaboration aims to help enterprises create impactful marketing campaigns to boost revenue growth and customer experience by leveraging Emarsys’ platform and Infosys Cobalt, an offering for businesses to accelerate their cloud journey.
Infosys said that the collaboration will allow enterprises to create industry-specific cross-channel marketing campaigns, reach customers in real time, and deliver personalisation. Businesses can unlock the value of data by harnessing the platform's artificial intelligence capabilities and Infosys Topaz, an AI-powered set of services, solutions, and platforms using generative AI technologies to enable insights and predictive analytics.
