L&T Finance Ltd.'s retail loan book rose 31% on a yearly basis to Rs 84,440 crore in the first quarter of fiscal 2025, according to a provisional quarterly business update filed with stock exchanges on Wednesday.
The non-bank lender reported an advance of 33% in retail disbursements at Rs 14,830 crore in the April-June quarter, as compared to Rs 11,192 crore in the same period last year. Realisation of the portfolio is estimated at 95%.
Urban finance saw a disbursement of Rs 6,040 crore, followed by Rs 5,770 crore for rural business finance and farmer loans of Rs 1,900 crore. Finance for small and micro enterprises stood at Rs 980 crore and acquired portfolio at Rs 140 crore.
Shares of L&T Finance closed 0.69% higher at Rs 188.6 apiece, ahead of the announcement, compared to 0.69% advance in the benchmark BSE Sensex.
