TIMF Holdings mopped up a 1.56% stake in Nazara Technologies Ltd., worth around Rs 104 crore, through open market transactions on Monday. Gyaana Retreat and Services Pvt., Fashion Brands and Parijata Trading Pvt. were among the sellers of shares in the technology company.
TIMF Holdings bought 12 lakh shares at Rs 872 per share, as per bulk deal data on the BSE.
On the other hand, Parijata Trading, Gyaana Retreat and Fashion Brands sold 0.78% stakes each in the company. All three companies have sold 6 lakh shares for Rs 872 each.
On May 28, promoter Mitter Infotech LLP sold 48.84 lakh shares at Rs 620.5 apiece, while Plutus Wealth Management LLP bought a 6.66% stake in the company.
Shares of Nazara Technologies closed 1.94% higher at Rs 886 per share on Monday, as compared with a 0.47% advance in the NSE Nifty 50.
