Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Happy New Year has added more box-office records to its kitty. Happy New Year's net collection at the domestic box office has so far totaled around Rs 203 crore, according to a report from trade website Koimoi.com.
This makes Shah Rukh Khan's Happy New Year the fifth highest grosser in the domestic market, after Dhoom 3, Chennai Express, Kick and Krrish 3, the report adds.
Happy New Year is also Shah Rukh Khan's second movie in the Rs 200 crore club, after previous year's blockbuster Chennai Express.
Released on October 24, Happy New Year also set new box-office records for first day as well as opening week collections.
Produced by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment and directed by Farah Khan, Happy New Year is a heist drama.
According to Red Chillies Entertainment, Happy New Year has grossed over Rs 350 crore worldwide in terms of total collection.
Happy New Year also features Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Jackie Shroff, Sonu Sood, and Vivaan Shah. (With Agency Inputs)
