Plutus Wealth Exits Yatharth Hospital After Selling Entire Stake For Rs 101 Crore

While ICICI Prudential MF shelled out Rs 81 crore for 20 lakh shares, details of the other buyers couldn't be ascertained.

Plutus Wealth Management LLP divested its entire shareholding in Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Ltd. for Rs 101 crore through open market transactions on Wednesday.

The Ahmedabad-based Plutus offloaded 25 lakh shares, representing 2.91% equity, for an average share price of Rs 405 apiece, according to the bulk deal data on the BSE.

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund acquired 20 lakh shares for an aggregate amount of Rs 81 crore. The fund house held 2.5% stake in the hospital operator as of March.

Details of the other buyers of Yatharth Hospital shares could not be ascertained.

The company's shares closed 0.93% lower at Rs 413.25 apiece, as compared to a 0.69% advance in the benchmark BSE Sensex.
