PB Fintech Public Shareholders Sell Stake For Rs 1,109 Crore

Societe Generale, Morgan Stanley, HDFC Mutual Fund and Goldman Sachs bought stake in the company.

PB Fintech Ltd.'s public shareholders offloaded 1.84% stake for Rs 1,109 crore, through an open market transaction on Friday. Yashish Dahiya offloaded 29.7 lakh shares (or 1.19%) at Rs 1,325.15 apiece, while Alok Bansal sold 29.7 lakh shares (or 0.65%) on the NSE, according to block deal data.

Dahiya and Bansal held 1.67% and 4.63% stake in the company, respectively, as of March.

Societe Generale has mopped up 15.95 lakh shares (or 0.35% stake), while Morgan Stanley bought 14.65 lakh shares (or 0.32%). HDFC Mutual Fund acquired 3.75 lakh shares (or 0.12%) and Goldman Sachs obtained 3.45 lakh shares (or 0.11%).

Shares of PB Fintech closed 1.19% lower at Rs 1,324.65 apiece, as compared with a 0.34% rise in the benchmark BSE Sensex.
