Share price of Muthoot Finance gained over two per cent on Thursday, April 8, after the company announced that a meeting is to be held to consider declaring an interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21. On Thursday, Muthoot Finance opened on the BSE at Rs 1,218, touching an intra day high of Rs 1245.20 and an intra day low of Rs 1,212.90, in the trading session so far. According to a regulatory filing by the firm to the BSE, a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Monday, April 12, 2021, to consider the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21.
The company has fixed April 23 as the record date for deciding on the shareholders who will be entitled to receive the interim dividend. Muthoot Finance was last trading 2.66 per cent higher at Rs 1,236.55 on the BSE.
On the NSE, Muthoot Finance was last trading 2.56 per cent higher at Rs 1,237.65. Muthoot Finance opened on the NSE at Rs 1,216.10, touching an intra day high of Rs 1245 and an intra day low of Rs 1,210.
