The company said in a filing to the BSE that "the matter was resolved amicably through mutual dialogues and the matter has also been withdrawn by them from the conciliation officer, Mohali".
On April 28, M&M had said a section of employees were not reporting to duties in a concerted manner.
"Their demands are unjustified and matter is in conciliation with the Labour Commissioner's office," the company had said in an earlier communication.
"There was no production loss and all operations continued without any interruptions," it said.
As of 2:21 p.m., shares in M&M were trading at Rs 1099.10 apiece on the BSE, up 3.37 per cent from the previous close.
