Indian Railways is introducing a new Humsafar Express train between Anand Vihar Terminal, Delhi and Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. This was said by the Northern Railway in a press release on Monday. Northern Railway caters to one of the zones served by Indian Railways, the largest employer in India. The new Humsafar Express train will be operated on a three-days-a-week basis, according to Indian Railways. A regular service of the new Humsafar Express train from Anand Vihar to Allahabad will commence from May 10, 2018, and from Allahabad to Anand Vihar from May 12, the statement noted. Indian Railways has also increased frequency of Humsafar Express train between Anand Vihar and Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh via Barhni and Basti.
