New Delhi: As part of its growth plans, enterprise software and services provider Aurionpro on Tuesday appointed Carol Realini, Hari Murthy, and Frank P Osusky as independent members to its board.
"As we chart the next phase of the company's aggressive growth plans...the entire management team and I are very much looking forward to working with Carol, Hari, and Frank on refining and achieving our long-term strategy through effective execution," Aurionpro chief executive Samir Shah said.
Hari Murthy is a senior executive with over twenty five years of experience with leading global technology companies in various CXO roles. Mr Murthy had earlier worked with Infosys, Virtusa Corporation, Hexaware Technologies and iGate Corporation.
Ms Realini serves on a number of boards and was previously the CEO of Obopay, president and CEO of Chordiant Software, president and CEO of J Frank Consulting and VP of marketing and sales of Legato Systems.
Frank P Osusky is an over 30-year industry veteran with diverse financial management expertise with an emphasis on growth, profitability, cash flow, and mergers and acquisitions.
As part of the changes, Sanjay Desai has stepped down as executive director, and two of the independent directors - Sandeep Daga and Nikunj Kapadia - are also leaving their positions owing to their other pre-occupations.
