Wipro Ltd. is collaborating with Hewlett Packard Enterprise to launch a generative artificial intelligence solution within its customer experience centre at the Wipro Cloud Studio’s Kodathi office in Bengaluru.

The solution will leverage Wipro's smart operations platform and HPE machine learning development environment to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience for global enterprises.

According to Wipro, the solution aims to reduce the mean time to resolution duration for gen AI applications, decrease the inflow of incidents, increase overall equipment effectiveness, and reduce process cycle time to drive operational improvements. It is designed to benefit industries reliant on customer service, IT support, and operations such as financial services, healthcare, and the manufacturing sector.

“The co-creation of this gen AI platform is a testament to our longstanding strategic partnership with HPE and to our unwavering commitment to delivering advanced AI solutions within our new Customer Experience Centre. This practice-specific centre will showcase the potential of HPE Machine Learning Development Environment along with Wipro's cutting-edge solutions,” said Jo Debecker, managing partner and global head, Wipro FullStride Cloud.

The solution will also offer organisations the flexibility to select from a range of large language models, depending on their business needs.

“By including HPE Machine Learning Development Environment as part of Wipro’s gen AI customer experience, we will enable customers to develop and deploy AI models faster by integrating with popular machine learning frameworks and simplifying data preparation,” said Marc Waters, senior vice president, global sales, HPE.
