Tech Mahindra Teams Up With Whatfix To Accelerate Adoption Of Data-Driven Digital Solutions

The collaboration will enable enterprises to measure and drive the value of their software investments and digital transformation strategies, helping in the adoption of next-generation technologies.

Tech Mahindra Ltd. has teamed up with the digital adoption platform company Whatfix to accelerate the global adoption of data-driven digital solutions for enterprises. Together, the companies will help enterprises deliver personalised experiences and optimise application efficiency.

The collaboration will enable enterprises to measure and drive the value of their software investments and digital transformation strategies, helping in the adoption of next-generation technologies, according to a press release issued by the companies. Through the partnership, Tech Mahindra will also seek to help its customers achieve business value outcomes, such as cost reduction, increased revenue, and risk compliance.

“As enterprises navigate the complexities of today's dynamic digital landscape, leveraging analytics-driven insights becomes imperative for staying ahead of the curve. In this direction, our collaboration with Whatfix will offer personalised user experiences and optimise enterprise applications to drive productivity and digital maturity,” said Nikhil Malhotra, global head, Makers Lab, Tech Mahindra.

Whatfix’s product suite includes analytics (product analytics and enterprise insights), application simulation (mirror) and adoption (DAP mobile, web, and desktop, and Hub). These products support data-driven decisions, training and onboarding, and digital adoption with effectiveness through the application lifecycle. Whatfix’s Digital Adoption Platform integrates with applications, enabling users to get in-context information and guidance.
