HCLTech To Launch Private 5G Solution With HPE, Set Up Lab In Noida

The lab will explore new use cases and demonstrate industrial applications of private 5G.

HCL Technologies Ltd. has partnered with Athonet, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company offering mobile core network technology, to offer customised private 5G offerings to enterprises across industries, including communication services providers. 

HCLTech plans to set up an HPE Private 5G lab in Noida to explore new use cases and demonstrate industrial applications of private 5G, the company said in a press release.

With its telecom services experience and network delivery capabilities, HCLTech will leverage its expertise in 5G, cloud, edge computing and digital transformation to help enterprises deploy and manage private 5G networks requiring high-speed and secure data transmission based on Athonet.
