Adobe Announces General Availability Of AI Assistant To Enhance Enterprise Productivity
AEP AI Assistant can answer technical questions, automate tasks, simulate outcomes, and generate new audiences and journeys.
Adobe Inc. has announced the general availability of Adobe Experience Platform AI Assistant to enhance the productivity of experienced practitioners through generative artificial intelligence while allowing greater access to enterprise applications through content production and insights workflows. Through a generative AI-powered conversational interface, AEP enables organisations to build a single view of customers and engage them on various channels.
Embedded within Adobe Experience Cloud applications, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics, AEP AI Assistant can answer technical questions, automate tasks, simulate outcomes, and generate new audiences and journeys. Its generative experience models can capture insights based on an organisation’s data, campaigns, audiences, and business goals while ensuring privacy, the company said.
“AI assistants are driving a paradigm shift within enterprise software, dramatically lowering the barrier to entry for new use cases and also first-time users,” said Anjul Bhambhri, senior vice president, Adobe Experience Cloud. AEP will “provide an out-of-the-box solution that can harness data to deliver insights and automation.”
According to Adobe, AEP AI Assistant has the following capabilities:
Product Expertise: AEP performs various operational tasks, providing insights to users that reduce time spent on problem exploration and resolution. For example, users can get quick answers to product-related questions such as “How do I build an audience segment?” or “What is an identity map?” while troubleshooting unfamiliar scenarios and reducing the need to open support tickets. Users will also be able to gain operational insights around datasets, audiences, and journeys without running SQL queries with questions such as “How often is my segment used?”
Content Generation And Automation: Organisations can leverage the AI assistant to generate new customer experiences, audiences for personalisation campaigns, and visualisations for data analysis. This includes generating marketing assets such as emails and web pages with copy, design, and images via Adobe Firefly. The AI assistant can also auto-generate creative briefs through existing assets such as PDFs, slide decks, and Word documents, helping support automation.
Predictive Insights And Recommendations: The AI assistant’s upcoming capabilities will enable teams to simulate outcomes and optimise marketing efforts. Users will be able to access predictive insights that answer questions such as “How many conversions should I expect from this segment?” and “How would that change if I applied an additional segment filter?” The assistant will also recommend next-best actions such as a custom promotional offer for a specific set of customers, Adobe said.
