Adani Group Building Strong Foundations In Data Centres, Water and Other Segments

The Navi Mumbai Airport is expected to be operational by next March.

Adani Enterprises Ltd. highlighted the progress being made across its diverse business lines, including data centres, water, airports and roads during a roadshow in Ahmedabad on Thursday.

Data Centres

The company's 17-megawatt data centre in Chennai is already operational and other projects in Noida and Hyderabad are 80% complete. Along with this, the company holds a 210 MW order book from global customers with long-term contracts in place.

Water

The company has two hybrid-annuity-model projects in Bhagalpur and Prayagraj under the National Mission for Clean Ganga with a concession life of about 15 years. Projects under the pipeline include the Shakkar Pench Micro Lift Irrigation Project on an engineering, procurement and construction basis.

Airports

Currently, it has eight airports, out of which seven are operational. New assets include the new terminal building at Lucknow that is operational and the Navi Mumbai Airport which is expected to be operational by next March.

Roads

The company's portfolio comprises 14 projects balanced across HAM, toll-operate-transfer, and build–operate–transfer models.

It holds an 80% stake in the Ganga Expressway project, spanning across 464 kilometres. The company has a vast portfolio of over 5,000 lane km of assets spread across 10 states so far.
