The SME IPO, which aims to raise Rs 44.68 crore, included a fresh issue of 62.58 lakh shares worth Rs 42.55 crore and an offer for sale of 3.12 lakh shares totaling Rs 2.12 crore. The IPO price band was set at Rs 65 to Rs 68 per share, with a minimum lot size of 2000 shares for retail investors.
The allotment for Ambey Laboratories IPO will be finalised on Tuesday, July 9.
