Results Indicate Modi Will Form Coalition Government

In a surprising turn of events, the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance secured 232 seats, thus eradicating any possibility of a 'BJP-400 paar' as predicted by exit polls.

Despite this, Modi is set to lead a coalition government in his third term, if the alliance manages to retain the unaligned Members of Parliament.

Meanwhile, the Indian National Congress managed to secure 99 seats, while the Samajwadi Party bolstered morale for the INDIA bloc by winning 37 seats in Uttar Pradesh. In West Bengal and Tamil Nadu, the All India Trinamool Congress and Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam emerged victorious with 29 and 22 seats respectively.

This surprising shift in the election outcome challenges earlier expectations and underscores the complexity of coalition dynamics in Indian politics.
