Election Results 2024 Live: Haryana, Jammu And Kashmir Will Become Viksit, Says PM Modi At BJP Headquarters

"This mandate empowers us to take tougher, bigger decisions," said Prime Minister Narendra Modi. "Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir will become Viksit," he further said.

"BJP keeps Nation First. There's not one allegation of corruption against the BJP govt in 10 years," he said.

"Haryana's government will work towards upliftment of the poor. The state's farmers' produce will reach global markets," said PM Modi.

"Congress believes it is its birthright to be in power, that's why they don't shy away from putting the country up for sale when they come to power," PM Modi said at BJP headquarter. "That is why Congress is trying to divide people on the lines of caste," he said.

"The guarantee of Vikas is coming to Haryana," said PM Modi on the victory. "The people of Haryana have created history. As, 13 elections have taken place in Haryana and of these, the people of Haryana have changed the ruling party. But this is the first time the people of Haryana have voted for the same party twice in a row."

"After 10 years, peaceful elections have been held in J&K," said Modi. "This is a victory for Indian democracy and its people," he further added.

"BJP has emerged as the party with the largest voteshare in J&K, " he further said. "I thank the people of Haryana and J&K," he said. "The people of Jammu and Kashmir gave the mandate to the NC alliance, I congratulate them too. If we look at the vote share percentage, BJP has emerged as the biggest party in Jammu and Kashmir."
