Sonata Software Chosen As Strategic IT Partner For US Healthcare Leader
Shares of Sonata Software closed 0.68% lower at Rs 624.95 apiece, compared to a 0.09% rise in the benchmark BSE Sensex.
Sonata Software Ltd. has been chosen as a strategic IT outsourcing partner by a US-based healthcare and wellness company.
Through the collaboration, Sonata Software will help the client achieve two major objectives, according to exchange filing on Wednesday. Firstly, the focus will be on improving IT budgets and enhancing cost efficiencies through systematic enhancements and engineering strategies, it said.
Secondly, it will drive the modernisation of the client's technology landscape by utilising enterprise data, artificial intelligence, and hyper-automation, mentioned in the filings.
The partner company's name was not mentioned in the exchange filing.
"This significant deal win underscores our commitment to leveraging deep engineering expertise to solve complex business problems for our healthcare and lifesciences clients," according to Samir Dhir, managing director and chief executive officer at Sonata Software.
"It also highlights our differentiated capabilities within the healthcare vertical, enabling us to succeed in a highly competitive landscape," he said.
