Bengal Shriram Hitech City COO Ram Shankar Venkataraman Resigns

The management accepted his resignation and relieved him from the services of the company, according to an exchange filing.

Shriram Properties Ltd.'s subsidiary, Bengal Shriram Hitech City Pvt.'s Chief Operating Officer Ram Shankar Venkataraman has resigned from his post.

The management accepted his resignation and relieved him from the services of the company, according to an exchange filing on Wednesday.

In May, the company had announced its plans to generate an aggregate revenue of more than Rs 250 crore, from a newly signed land development project in Bengaluru.

Shares of Shriram Properties closed 0.91% lower at Rs 111.26 per share, as compared to a 0.67% advance in the Sensex.
