Paytm Parent's Shareholder Trims Stake For Rs 183.4 Crore

The shareholder offloaded 44.2 lakh shares for Rs 415.04 apiece, according to the bulk deal data on BSE.

The public shareholder of One 97 Communication Ltd., Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Odi, sold a 0.69% stake in the company for Rs 183.44 crore through an open market transaction on Tuesday.

The shareholder offloaded 44.2 lakh shares for Rs 415.04 apiece, according to the bulk deal data on BSE.

As of March, Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte held a 1.32% stake in the company.

According to the data on the NSE, Marshall Wace Investment Strategies sold 5.85 lakh shares (0.09%), which BNP Paribas Financial Markets bought for Rs 425.05 per share.

Shares of One 97 Communication closed 1.84% lower at Rs 417.10 apiece on the BSE, as compared with a 0.40% rise in the benchmark Sensex.
