Mahindra XUV 3XO Registers Over 50,000 Bookings Within 60 Minutes Of Launch

Mahindra Group's Chairman Anand Mahindra on Wednesday said that the XUV 3XO received over 50,000 bookings within the first 60 minutes of opening bookings today at 10am.

The price of the XUV 3XO starts from Rs 7.49 lakh.

In a social media post on X, formerly Twitter, Mahindra emphasised on "the power of an hour."

The XUV 3XO registered over 27,000 bookings within the first 10 minutes alone. XUV 3XO has a standout design, premium interiors, comfortable ride, cutting-edge technology, thrilling performance, and unmatched safety.

The deliveries of the XUV 3XO will commence on May 26, 2024. Mahindra Group said that they have already produced over 10,000 units and will take all steps needed to ensure timely deliveries. Bookings for the XUV 3XO continue to be open both online and at all authorised Mahindra dealerships.

While M&M is the market leader here in terms of revenue, volumes are skewed in favour of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., Tata Motors Ltd., and Hyundai Motor India Pvt., which retail multiple SUVs in the sub-four metre space. These include the best-selling Tata Punch and the Hyundai Exter—the so-called mini SUVs based on the Tiago and Grand i10 Nios.

But the XUV 3XO’s natural rivals will be the Maruti Suzuki Brezza and Tata Nexon-as well as Hyundai Venue and Kia Sonet-which retail in the Rs 10-15 lakh price bracket.
