JK Cement Ltd.'s Sumnesh Khandelwal has tendered his resignation from the post of deputy chief financial officer.
Khandelwal's last day as deputy CFO of the company was on Monday, according to an exchange filing, without providing the details on the reason for his resignation.
He was part of the cement manufacturing company for the past two and a half years and extended his gratitude towards the managing director and chief executive officer for their support and guidance during the change in management process, the filing said.
Shares of JK Cement closed 1.90% higher at Rs 4,469.25 apiece, as compared to a 0.56% rise in the benchmark BSE Sensex.
