Wind energy solutions provider Inox Wind has announced that it has fully acquired Sarayu Wind Power (Tallimadugula) Pvt Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
"Continuing the company's expansion in Andhra Pradesh, Inox Wind Infrastructure Services Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inox Wind Ltd has acquired 100 per cent equity shares of Sarayu Wind Power (Tallimadugula) Pvt Ltd with effect from December 9, 2015," the company said in a regulatory filing.
"In view of the same, Sarayu Wind Power (Tallimadugula) Private Ltd has become step down subsidiary of Inox Wind Ltd," it added.
