New Delhi: IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd today said its standalone net loss widened to Rs 60.95 crore for the quarter ended June 30.
The company's net loss in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal was at Rs 36.81 crore, it said in a regulatory filing.
Total income of the company was at Rs 480.05 crore, registering a decline of 11 per cent.
The total expenses of the company during the quarter dropped to Rs 483.69 crore, over Rs 534.78 crore in the year-ago period.
IL&FS Engineering and Construction Co Ltd is a leading infrastructure development, construction and project management company. It has presence in various segments like roads, expressways, highways, buildings and industrial structures and thermal and hydel power projects.
The shares of the company closed at Rs 75.75 apiece on BSE, down 2.63 per cent from its previous close.
