Hexaware Technologies To Hire Up To 8,000 Employees Globally In 2024

The hiring activity will focus on centres in India, the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Poland, and the U.K.

Hexaware Technologies plans to hire anywhere between 6,000 and 8,000 employees globally in 2024 for its centres in India, the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Poland and the U.K.

The hiring will be subject to favourable global market conditions, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

In India, the company plans to hire for locations including Hyderabad, Noida, Coimbatore, Dehradun and Bengaluru. The company plans to conduct recruitment drives in Ahmedabad, Indore, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Dehradun, Kochi, and Thiruvananthapuram.

In the U.S., the company will hire in McLean, Chicago, Dallas, Iselin, and Reston. While Hexaware is looking for full-stack developers in Poland, in the U.K. they're looking for test managers, AEM, DevOps, service desk professionals, and full-stack developers.

"I'm thrilled to announce that Hexaware is expanding," Rajesh Balasubramanian, executive vice president and global head of talent supply chain at Hexaware, said in a statement.

The company has over 30,000 workers across 50 offices in 19 countries on its rolls.
