New Delhi: GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals today reported 3.45 per cent rise in standalone net profit at Rs 98.85 crore for the second quarter ended September of the current fiscal.
It had posted net profit of Rs 95.55 crore for the July-September period of the previous fiscal, GSK Pharma said in a BSE filing.
Standalone total income from the operations also rose to Rs 799.12 crore for the quarter under review as against Rs 717.53 crore for the same period a year ago.
GSK Pharma stock was trading 0.48 per cent lower at Rs 2,906.05 per scrip in the afternoon trade on BSE.
