FPI Exits Krishna Institute Of Medical Sciences By Selling Rs 392-Crore Stake

Infinity Partners bought 15.7 lakh shares, representing 1.96% stake at Rs 2,497 apiece.

Emerald Investments Ltd., a foreign portfolio investor, sold stake worth Rs 392 crore in Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd. through open market transactions on Wednesday, according to Bloomberg data.

With the block deal of 15.7 lakh shares, Emerald Investments has divested its entire stake of 1.96% for Rs 2,497 apiece and thereby exited the company.

As of August, Emerald Investments held a 1.96% stake in the firm as an FPI.

On the other hand, Infinity Partners bought 15.7 lakh shares, representing 1.96% stake at Rs 2,497 apiece.

Shares of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences closed 0.47% lower at Rs 2,510 apiece, as compared with a 0.14% advance in the NSE Nifty 50.
