Dalmia Bharat Promoter Trims Stake For Rs 300.16 Crore

The promoter of Dalmia Bharat Ltd. sold 0.85% stake for Rs 300.16 crore through an open market transaction on Friday.

Keshav Power Pvt. offloaded 16 lakh shares, which Dalmia Bharat Refractories Ltd.—another promoter of the company—bought for Rs 1,876 apiece, according to the bulk deal data on the NSE.

As of March, Keshav Power and Dalmia Bharat Refractories held 1.38% and 0.85% stake, respectively.

Shares of Dalmia Bharat closed 0.91% lower at Rs 1,883.80 apiece on the BSE, as compared with a 0.24% rise in the benchmark Sensex.
