After Subrata Roy's Apology, Supreme Court To Reconsider Back-To-Jail Order

The Supreme Court will reconsider its order of sending Subrata Roy back to jail after the Sahara chief apologised for the behaviour of one of his lawyers, Rajeev Dhavan, in the court.   Senior lawyer Kapil Sibal, appearing for Sahara chief, conveyed Mr Roy's apology to the top court.   "It was an ad hoc arrangement and he went beyond his brief.
